Seraya Partners, a Singapore-based infrastructure investment manager, has established a strategic partnership with G&B Infratech through an investment of US$250 million(approximately KRW 360.0 billion).
The investment marks the first deployment from Seraya Partners Fund II and will be used as growth capital to expand G&B Infratech's existing renewable energy asset base and develop new projects. The two firms plan to build on this long-term partnership to jointly pursue stable asset management and continued business expansion.
G&B Infratech currently holds more than 200MW of solar and onshore wind assets and has built a competitive position in Korea's renewable energy market through integrated capabilities spanning project development, investment, construction, and operations. The investment is expected to further expand the Company's large-scale development pipeline and reinforce its long-term growth foundation.
G&B Infratech and Seraya Partners also plan to grow together as a platform leading the energy transition, expanding sustainable energy infrastructure beyond Korea into the broader Asian renewable energy market.
